Will offer a full and immediate refund for any items which are found to contain insects within a 30-day period. We require proof of infestation by way of photograph and herb lot number. Any items infested after this period of time will become the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are only available for the dollar value of the merchandise and we will not be liable for any other expenses incurred as a result of infestation.

International Shipping

Shipments are limited by region and item.  If you do not see your country listed as an option when registering you will need to email us to inquire shipping availability. We offer FedEx for priority service which includes your brokerage cost and will be highly trackable and fast. The other option for international shipments is United States Postal Service as an economy service that will end up in your countries mail system for final delivery. The Postal option will not include any brokerage fees and have little to no tracking capabilities.

Note: No shipping method offered will cover your taxes and/or duty fee's. You will be required to pay this to your country before they release your package no matter what shipping option you choose. Refusing to pay duties or taxes will forfeit the shipment without refund.
