Golden Needle Chooses Carrier for Flat Rate Shipments

For all flat rate shipments, Golden Needle will choose either USPS or FedEx at its sole discretion. This is required to continue offering flat rate options.

Bulky Item Shipments

Heat lamps, table paper, needle disposal systems, treatment tables, and other bulky items will be shipped via ground service regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. They may be shipped separately from other items in the order. These items are ineligible for free shipping offers.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Free shipping offers cannot be used for these orders.

Bulky items such as heat lamps, table paper, and needle disposal systems are shipped at actual cost and therefore not available to purchase on the website. Please email info@goldenneedleonline.comor call (866) 222-2999 for a quote or to add to an existing order.

Same-day Shipping Guarantee

Orders to the USA received by 4:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) are shipped the same day. Orders received 5:00 PM ET and after will be shipped the next business day. We understand the impact that unexpected shipping delays can have on your business. If we don't meet our guarantee to ship your order from our warehouse, excepting carrier-related delays (see Disclaimer below), then we will refund shipping charges. Please send claims to info@goldenneedleonline.com and include your order number.



International Shipments

Pricing and Process

International shipments will be delivered via FedEx or USPS. All orders will be shipped at actual cost. During the checkout process, a shipping estimate will be included. If actual shipping charges exceed the estimate, then Golden Needle will reach out for approval before billing and shipping.

Golden Needle will also include a Commercial Invoice and Customs Declaration Form with your shipment. It's important to verify with your government whether any additional documentation is needed before placing your order, as we are unable to provide alternative forms of documentation. Estimated delivery time displayed at checkout does not include the time needed for Golden Needle to process, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Duty and Taxes

Golden Needle is not responsible for any duty, taxes or other associated import fees imposed by the government. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusing to pay any duty, customs fees, or taxes will result in forfeiture of the package.

Customs and Disposal Issues

Customs can hold your order. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not Golden Needle's responsibility. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes of or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and Golden Needle will not issue a replacement nor refund. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into the country and what is not. 

Shipping Disclaimer

Golden Needle is not responsible for weather delays or other "acts of God" affecting shipments and will not refund shipping charges for such delays that out of our control. This policy is in line with established rules followed by FedEx or USPS for unexpected delays, weather situations, or deadlines not met. Golden Needle assumes no liability for shipments. We maintain copies of all proof of shipping and delivery forms on file as proof of shipment to destination. The customer assumes all risks involved in receipt of order. Please ship to a business address where packages can be received in person.

Damage Claims

All claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of delivery date. Please send claims to info@goldenneedleonline.com and include a picture of the damaged item(s) as well as any packaging, including the outer box that it was sent in.
