Orders received by 4:59pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders 5:00pm EST and after will be shipped the next business day. Golden Needle is not responsible for weather delays or other "acts of God" affecting expedited shipping and will not refund shipping charges on such delays out of our control. Golden Needle policy is in line with established rules followed by Fedex or USPS for unexpected delays, weather situations or deadlines not met. We assume no liability for shipments. Golden Needle maintains copies of all proof of shipping and delivery forms on file as proof of shipment to destination. The customer assumes all risks involved in receipt of order. We suggest you ship to your business address where packages can be received in person.

Shipments within the Contiguous US

Orders under $200 - Shipping will be billed at a flat rate of $10.50 and will arrive within 1-3 days if "expedite" order is selected. If you are in no rush for your package, you can please select "standard" shipping for $6.50 which will arrive in 2-7 days. Below map is for $10.50 expedited rate.

We also offer FedEx Next-Day and US Priority Mail service at actual cost - pricing available for these services at checkout. If you have your own UPS or FedEx account you would like to use you can select "Pick-up at Warehouse" for shipping method and enter account details in comment box. 

*Heat lamps, table paper, needle disposal systems and treatment tables will have additional shipping cost not included in the above policy and will always be sent FedEx or UPS ground, regardless of what method you select at checkout.

*ALASKA AND HAWAII -  Heat Lamps, Table Paper and Mail Away Needle Disposal Systems are billed at actual freight cost and therefore not avalable to purchase on our website. Please call for a quote or to add to an existing or new order. The only shipping option is Standard shipping at $10.50. Coupon codes and free shipping offers are not valid outside of the continous 48 states. 


All claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 5 days from date of delivery.  All claims made after that date will be denied.

Shipping Policy Details for Orders Outside the Contiguous USA


Orders shipped outside of the Contiguous USA will be dispatched via FedEx or USPS. Delivery time is determined based on actual "business days" and excludes weekends or holidays. Please note that these delivery times are approximations provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Additionally, your customs authority may conduct inspections, which could potentially delay delivery times.

It's important to recognize that the estimated delivery time displayed at checkout does not encompass the time needed for us to process, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Hawaii and Alaska: All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.50. We will utilize either USPS or FedEx for shipping, employing the most suitable method for your order. Typically, shipments to these regions take 5-7 business days for delivery. Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a tracking number indicating the chosen shipping method and the expected delivery date.

Guam, Puerto Rico, American Virgin Islands, and American Samoa: Shipping costs for orders to these locations will be determined based on actual expenses. During the checkout process, no shipping costs will be calculated. After placing your order, we will assess the shipping charges according to the shipment's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Subsequently, we will reach out to you with the calculated shipping cost for your approval prior to billing and shipping your order.

For international orders, we will include a Commercial Invoice and Customs Declaration Form with your shipment. It's essential to verify with your government whether any additional documentation is needed before placing your order, as we are unable to provide alternative forms of documentation.

Golden Needle is not responsible for any duty, taxes or other associated import fees that your government may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any taxes and possible duty fees are assessed and calculated by your government when your package enters Customs and are collected from you when your package is delivered to you. Refusing to pay and duty, customers to tax fees imposed by your country will result in forfeiting the package with the option of a refund.


Customs can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Golden Needle and can only be resolved by you and your local authorities. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, Golden Needle will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into your country and what is not.

For Canadian customers:

Products that are restricted in Canada includes the majority of Essential Oils, Extracts, Bitters, Elixirs, Tonics and Syrups. We are also unable to send the following herbs to Canada: Forest Grown Ginseng root, Cape Aloe powder, Goldenseal root powder and Goldenseal root. Acupuncture needles must be approved by Health Canada to pass customs.
