Returns are accepted within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling (866) 222-2999 or emailing info@goldenneedleonline.com. Returned merchandise must be in unused, salable condition (i.e unmarked, original, undamaged packaging).
Acceptance of returns over 30 days and returns without a return authorization is at Golden Needle's discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
