Shipments within the Lower 48 US States
Shipping will be billed at a flat rate of $9 and will be sent either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail – whichever is quicker and less expensive. For clinics west of the Mississippi we will upgrade you shipping to 2 day air or 2-3 day mail at no addtional cost. We also offer UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping to everyone at actual cost. To use an alternate shipping method, please note preferred method in comment box, but understand shipping cost in cart will not be accurate. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
$9 flat rate - orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priorirty (which ever cost less for us) except orders containing Table Paper, Bulk Herbs and Heat Lamps will be billed at actual cost and not the $9 cost shopping cart reflects.
Normal Delivery
Orders received by 4:00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day via UPS or Priority Mail. Normal UPS ground delivery on the East coast is 1 to 2 days, Central is approximately 2 to 3 days. West Coast orders are upgraded to 2-3 day shipping at ground cost (except table paper, bulk herbs, and heat lamps).
International Shipping
We typically do not offer shipping outside of the USA. If we make an exception, and you place a web order, you understand the $9 shipping cost is not accurate and the actual shipping cost will be adjusted to your invoice and you will be billed for the difference. You also understand Golden Needle will not be responsible for your package should it be lost, stolen, or damaged once outside of the US. We will not be responsible for you duty or customs fees or for shipping items per your request that are not legal or admitted into your country.
