Resolve Damp, Phlegm and Move Lymph is a balm for assisting the body to resolve damp, and transform phlegm via the Tai Yin channels and lymphatic system. The formula consists of premium herbal oils and C02 extracts that help to move the lymphatic fluids and decongest damp or phlegm. It is also good for harmonizing Earth Qi when invaded by Wood Qi, causing an overthinking type of anxiety. It is excellent for:

DIRECTIONS: Apply approximately 1/4 teaspoon to the upper chest, abdomen, inner arms, or along lymph vessels. You can also apply this to acupoints along the spleen and lung channels, and those that resolve damp and transform phlegm like ST40. 1/4 teaspoon is enough for an area the size of your two hands. You can also apply a small finger dab to acupoints like the auricular point, Shen Men, or earth points along the HT and PC channels.

For overthinking and worry apply along the inner arm and wrist area. Also smelling this balm can help with spleen rumination, overthinking or worry.

For Sinus, hayfever or phlegm congestion in the respiratory system, apply this one to the lymph channels, or torso over lungs, spleen and belly to assist your body in resolving the phlegm and decongesting system.
