Dosage	As a daily food supplement 40-60 drops (2-3 ml) taken 3 times per day. In cases of more serious deficiency, 40-60 drops (2-3 ml) 4 times per day.
Contraindications	Hemochromatosis, people without deficient blood, especially older men.
