Vitality Works Sleep formula is one of the best sleep formulas I've ever tried. It makes me sleep the whole duration of the night without grogginess or side effects. Highly Recommended to anyone with sleep issues!

Advantages: Works within 20-30 minutes.
Among the best sleep formulations.
Works for insomnia/sleeplessness.
No interactions that I've felt.
All Natural.
Good for Long Term Use.

Disadvantages: None that I can think of!
