Unit Size 24 grams per pouch, 10 pouches per box.
Dosage Use After your period. Individual results may vary. One pouch every other day or every two days. Pour each serving into 6 – 8 ozs of warm water. Never mix with cold/icy water. It is normal if crystallization occurs due to the change in temperature. Simply pouring in hot water will resolve this.
Contraindications Do not use this product if you have a cold or are during your period. If you are nursing a baby, consult your doctor before using this product.
