Herbal extracts are supplied by China's leading, state-approved pharmaceutical companies, which means that they are hygienic, water-soluble and reintroduced to their essential oils during the extraction process, thus maintaining their original flavor; tested with state-of-the-art instruments, ensuring their authenticity and quality. The manufacturers follow a process that ensures the following:

• Hygienics: Concentrated Herb granules contain less than 1,000 bacteria and less than 100 fungi per gram (no E. coli or live mites are present) Raw herb powder have less than 100,000 bacteria and less than 500 fungi (no E. coli or live mites are present). For products containing animal products, no salmonella bacteria are present.
• Ability to dissolve: 5 grams of herbs must be able to completely dissolve in 20cc of water in less than 5 minutes.
