    Massage a small amount of balm into target area. For deeper penetration, apply warm or cool pack after application. Repeat a few times daily for maximum pain relief.

    Battle BalmĀ® is not recommended for: pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people with a heart condition or history of heart conditions, people taking blood-thinning medications, or those with liver conditions.

    Battle Balm® Original Strength Pain Relief is recommended for mild to moderate pain conditions. This includes: mild arthritis, superficial bruising, grade 1 muscle strains or tendon sprains, burns, pruritis, and minor bacterial or fungal skin infection.

    Allergic reactions may occur if one is allergic to any of the constituents in this product. If one is allergic to aspirin, do not use this product as the wintergreen contains methyl salicylate.
