Order Processing: You are only billed for backordered items on the day of shipment from our warehouse.
Shipping Method: The shipping method for backordered items is determined by our shipping department. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same shipping method as the initial order.
Shipping Costs: There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items. However, please be aware that heat lamps and table paper are not included in free shipping.
International Orders: We do not offer backorders for international orders. International orders will be shipped complete once the backorder arrives and can be included with the other items.
