    Take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with 8–12 oz of water. Use for 7–10 days or until desired cleanse has been attained. Serving size may vary depending on the individual. Increase serving size by up to 2 capsules until desired effect is achieved. If needed, decrease serving size for maintenance.
