Chronic Yin vacuity will lead to Liver Heat where the Yang can rise causing symptoms to manifest primarily in the upper body and head. When the Liver becomes hyperactive it will be unable to store its resources in the form of Blood and thus will also lead to symptoms of Blood vacuity and Yin vacuity with Yang rising.
