How Does the Pharmacy Work?

Physicians who wish to write prescriptions must have an account with Golden Needle. If your physician is a member and determines that you could benefit by a medicine that we offer he or she simply signs into their account and fills out a prescription form. They will receive a unique prescription number which in turn is provided to you, their patient. This number and your last name is all that you need to order your prescription.

How do I pick up my Prescription?

When you have your prescription number, go to Patient Express Pick-Up and log in using your last name as user name and prescription number as password. You will be able to access your prescription, including the total amount due. Fill out your ordering information and submit. A charge will be applied for handling and shipping. Orders should be received with in 5 business days.

If you would like to be referred to a member physician in your area, please email us at info@goldenneedleonline.com. Please give us an idea of your medical problems so that we can better match you with a physician.
