I am a licensed Practitioner, how do I place an order.
If you would like to place an order over our website, you must first register on the website for a user name and password. Once this is completed, you can log in and add items to your cart to place an order. You can also call, fax, or email your order. If you are having trouble finding the items you are looking for or using the website, give us a call for a brief tutorial on how to make our website work for you!
I am not a Licensed Practitioner, can I still place an order?
Most of the brands/items we carry are restricted for licensed practitioners. However, there are some items you can purchase retail from our website. Some of the items include topicals, Balanceuticals, Bee and Flower, Camellia Brand, Chilli Brand, Comvita, EquioPathics, Great Wall Brand, Green Medicine, HealthKing, Health Aid, Homeopet, Honeyland, Jade Dragon, LaneLabs, Lanzhou Foguang Foci, Life-Flo, Magi-Herbs, MoonBranch Botanicals, NutraLabs, Pacific Salt, Pacific Standard Distributors, Inc, Peacock, PFLUEGER USA, Prince of Peace, Snow Lotus, Spring Wind, Superior, Tanglong Teapills, Tiger Balm, VADIK HERBS, Vitality Works, and Washington Homeopathic among much more. These can all be found searching by brand. If there is something you are looking for but can not find, send us an email and we will let you know if it is available for retail sale on our website. If your looking for a product that is restricted to practitioners, or prescription only, we can help you find a qualified practitioner in your area. All retail items will display an option to add to a shopping cart.
Why is the shipping cost not displayed in my cart?
You will not see shipping cost display in the shopping cart upon check out because we use actual shipping costs. There is not a way of predetermining the cost without entering the weight of the package with your zip code. You will see the shipping charge on the invoice that is included with your order. You are always more than welcome to add a note in the comment box for us to call or give us a call after you place your order and we can tell you what the shipping will cost once your order has been packed.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Golden Needles uses UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 shipping days. Orders outside our UPS two day shipping area will be upgraded to two day air at no additional cost (excluding bulk herbs, paper items and treatment tables).
Can we refer you to a member Physician?
If you would like to be referred to a member physician in your area, please email us at info@goldenneedleonline.com. Please give us an idea of your medical problems so that we can better match you with a physician. Please include your address and phone # in the email so we can pair you up with someone in your area.
How do I pick up my Prescription?
Prescriptions can only be written by a Physician who has registered with us. If your physician is a member and determines that you could benefit by a medicine that we offer he just needs to go online and fill out a prescription form for you. He will receive a prescription number which he will then give or send to you. This number and your last name is all that you need to order your prescription. When you have your prescription number, go to Patient Express Pick-Up and log in using your last name as user name and prescription number as password. You will then see your prescription with total amount due. Fill out personal ordering information and submit. A charge will be applied for handling and shipping. Orders should be received with in 5 business days.
