Air shipping is required for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico (contact us for cost). International shipments will be sent US Air Mail Parcel Post when possible. We also offer UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping. Priority shipping is billed at cost. To use an alternate shipping method, please note prefered method in comment box. PaymentWe accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept pre-paid orders with personal check, business check or money order payable in US Funds. COD is available via UPS and they will charge extra for this service.
30 day terms may be extended upon completion of a credit application which can take up to two weeks for approval. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1% monthly interest charge.
ReturnsReturns are accepted within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must have a return authorization which can be obtained by calling (866) 222-2999. Returned merchandise must be in unused, salable condition (i.e unmarked, original, undamaged packaging).
