Comvita Manuka Blend Honey is a delicious blend of honeys from three unique New Zealand native forest plants. Rewa Rewa and Kamahi honeys have a clean, sweet, herbaceous flavor that combines well with the strong, deep, complex taste of Manuka.

Manuka honey was discovered by Dr. Peter Molan of Waikata University in New Zealand to have unique antibacterial properties not found in other honeys (Molan and Russell, 1988). Rewa Rewa has been shown to have good levels of hydrogen peroxide antibacterial activity (Allen et al, 1991) and is high in anti-oxidants when compared to other honeys. Together these three honeys provide excellent healing properties in a product that is also tasty.
