~ I am a licensed Practitioner, how do I place an order?
If you would like to place an order over our website, you must first register on the website for a user name and password. Once this is completed, you can log in and add items to your cart to place an order. You can also call, fax, or email your order. If you are having trouble finding the items you are looking for or using the website, give us a call for a brief tutorial on how to make our website work for you!
~ I am not a Licensed Practitioner, can I still place an order?
Most of the brands/items we carry are restricted for licensed practitioners. However, there are some items you can purchase retail from our website. Some of the items include topicals, Balanceuticals, Bee and Flower, Camellia Brand, Chilli Brand, Comvita, EquioPathics, Great Wall Brand, Green Medicine, HealthKing, Health Aid, Homeopet, Honeyland, Jade Dragon, LaneLabs, Lanzhou Foguang Foci, Life-Flo, Magi-Herbs, MoonBranch Botanicals, NutraLabs, Pacific Salt, Pacific Standard Distributors, Inc, Peacock, PFLUEGER USA, Prince of Peace, Snow Lotus, Spring Wind, Superior, Tanglong Teapills, Tiger Balm, VADIK HERBS, Vitality Works, and Washington Homeopathic among much more. These can all be found searching by brand. If there is something you are looking for but can not find, send us an email and we will let you know if it is available for retail sale on our website. If your looking for a product that is restricted to practitioners, or prescription only, we can help you find a qualified practitioner in your area. All retail items will display an option to add to a shopping cart.
~ How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Golden Needles uses UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 shipping days. Orders outside our UPS two day shipping area will be upgraded to 2-3 delivery at no additional cost (excluding bulk herbs, paper items, heat lamps, and treatment tables). ~ Can we refer you to a member Physician?
If you would like to be referred to a member physician in your area, please email us at info@goldenneedleonline.com. Please give us an idea of your medical problems so that we can better match you with a physician. Please include your address and phone # in the email so we can pair you up with someone in your area.
~ How do I know if something is out of stock?
If you place an order on our website and something is not available to ship that same day we will call you to let you know and offer substitutions and/or and estimated date of arrival for the original item ordered.
~ What is a backorder and how does it work?
If you chose to backorder the item due to it being unavailable, we will not bill you for that item until we receive it and it ships from our warehouse. I you received a discount on that order or item, it will transfer to the backorder. Typically a backorder will arrive between 1-5 days unless it is a manufacturer out of stock. We pay for shipping on all back-orders!

Returns are accepted within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must have a return authorization which can be obtained by calling (866) 222-2999 or emailing info@goldenneedleonline.com. Returned merchandise must be in unused, salable condition (i.e unmarked, original, undamaged packaging).
Acceptance of returns over 30 days and returns without a return authorization is at Golden Needle's discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
~ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept pre-paid orders with personal check, business check or money order payable in US Funds. COD is available via UPS and they will charge extra for this service.
30 day terms may be extended upon completion of a credit application which can take up to two weeks for approval. We require you keep an active credit card on file which will be charged if a payment is overdue for 2 months with failure to make payment arrangements. Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. Please email Jack@goldenneedleonline.com for a credit application.
~ What kind of warranty to I get?
The warranty for all durable goods is 30 days or manufacturers' warranty. This does not include damage from mishandling, dropping or alterations. If there is something wrong with a heat lamp or electrical device, it will be your responsibility to ship it back to us. If we conclude the product is defective, we will fix or replace the item, and refund your shipping cost.

From 40 West you will take a right off exit #44 toward Enka/Candler. This will be Smokey Park HWY.
About 4 (maybe 5) lights down take a left onto Sand Hill rd, it will be the light after a plaza with a food lion.
Important part!
Once on sand hill road there will be a left turning lane open immediately. To avoid mass confusion it is important to take the very first left into AB Tech. The second entrance has their sign – again, you want to take the one before this into the first entrance.
After taking the first entrance into the AB Tech parking lot park somewhere close to the door with the burgundy awning and come in that door. Parking lot for Blue Ridge food ventures
You will want to come all the way to the opposite end of the hallway and come through the door. At this point you will be in a stairwell and there will be a door to your right. Come in that door and keep on keeping on. Follow the smell of the beautiful herbs and presto! You have arrived at Golden Needle.
There are not signs anywhere but the above directions should do the job. If they fail, you are more than welcome to call us for a rescue mission at 866.222.2999.
